Harshvardhan Neotioa is a pioneering industrialist of Kolkata who developed and promoted the Ambuja Neotia group nearly two decades back. The group has also inaugrated the Bhagirathi Neotia Women and Child Care Centre in which the people can avail several health facilities at a very affordable rate.

The group has constructed several landmark projects. Udyan, The Condoville which is located in Eastern Metropolitan Bypass has been designed by Balkrishna Doshi. It is spread over 25 acres of land and has 1600 homes and open spaces. This residential project is recognised by HUDCO for its architectural planning and excellence. The Upoban in Shantiniketan is another landmark project designed by Prabir Mitra.
